Minimum Requirements:

Junior Member
Responsibilities:
1) Actively recruits new Recruits on any of our public gaming servers and discord.
2) Provide leadership and direction on the forums, voice servers, and in-game to all Recruits and potential members.
Minimum Requirements:
1) One (1) Month Time In Grade (TIG) as a Recruit.
2) Complete the Exiled Order Basic Orientation Course.
3) Submitted service jacket creation request.
Member
Responsibilities:
1) Actively recruits new Recruits on any of our public gaming servers and discord.
2) Provide input and feedback on discussions that impact the direction of the community.
3) Provide leadership and direction on the forums, voice servers, and in-game to all Recruits and potential members.

Senior Member

3) Provide vouchers/waivers for potential Recruits that are in the registration queue.
4) Provide leadership and direction on the forums, voice servers, and in-game to all Recruits and potential members.
5) Promotes activity and organization (including events) in and out of game.
6) Report any violations of policy and procedure through the proper channels.
Minimum Requirements:
1) One (1) Year Time In Service (TIS).
2) Actively helps with recruitment efforts.

Maximum: 6 per game division
Moderator
Moderators report directly to the Senior Moderators.
Objective: Provide a level of leadership, direction, and management of organized gaming, such as events and game nights. Moderate all areas of Exiled Order to ensure that no inappropriate material is posted or discussed, keep order and civility, and ensure that rules/policies are followed and upheld.
Responsibilities:
1) Promote and uphold the rules and policies of [EO].
2) Promotes activity and organization (including events) in and out of game.
3) Encourage and provide motivation for team dynamics with all ranks and members.
4) Manage and process Membership Applications.
5) Keep order and civility amongst the membership.
6) Address and manage member concerns that escalate through the Chain of Command.
Minimum Requirements:
1) One (1) Year Time In Service (TIS) or the rank of at least Senior Member.
2) Must be nominated/selected by the Game Division Leader.
3) Must maintain a clean disciplinary record.
Maximum: 4 per game division
Senior Moderator
Senior Moderators report directly to the Game Division Co-Leader.
Objective: Provide a level of leadership, direction, and management of organized gaming, such as events and game nights. Moderate all areas of Exiled Order to ensure that no inappropriate material is posted or discussed, keep order and civility, and ensure that rules/policies are followed and upheld.
Responsibilities:
1) Promote and uphold the rules and policies of [EO].
2) Promotes activity and organization (including events) in and out of game.
3) Participate in discussions regarding new recruiting and competitive strategies to learn what methods work best.

The Game Division Co-Leader reports directly to the Game Division Leader.
Objective: Provide leadership, direction, and management of organized gaming, such as events, game nights, ladders, matches, leagues, tournaments. Ensure that members are given the skills and knowledge on the best recruiting tactics possible and that quality new members are obtained on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
1) Promote and uphold the rules and policies of [EO].
2) Promotes activity and organization (including events) in and out of game.
3) Assist the Division Leader develop and organize recruiting and competitive activities on a regular basis in order to achieve quality members in accordance with the division’s goals.
4) Participate in discussions regarding new recruiting and competitive strategies to learn what methods work best.
5) Encourage and provide motivation for team dynamics with all ranks and members.
6) Manage and monitor all Moderators based on their roles, responsibilities, and specialization.
7) Manage and process Membership Applications, Promotion, and LOA requests within their respective division.
8) Keep order and civility amongst the membership.
9) Address and manage member concerns that escalate through the Chain of Command.
Minimum Requirements:
1) Two (2) Year(s) Time In Service (TIS) and the rank of Senior Moderator.

Game Division Leader
The Game Division Leader reports directly to the Administrators.
Objective: Provide leadership, direction, and management of organized gaming, such as events, game nights, ladders, matches, leagues, tournaments. Ensure that members are given the skills and knowledge on the best recruiting tactics possible and that quality new members are obtained on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
1) Promote and uphold the rules and policies of [EO].
2) Promotes activity and organization (including events) in and out of game.
3) Assist the Administration Staff develop and organize recruiting and competitive activities on a regular basis in order to achieve quality members in accordance with the community’s goals.
4) Participate in discussions regarding new recruiting and competitive strategies to learn what methods work best.
5) Manage and ensure that the Co-Leader and Moderators are performing their assigned duties and providing the necessary resources and support that come with the responsibilities of their defined role.
6) Encourage and provide motivation for team dynamics with all ranks and members.
7) Manage and monitor all Moderators based on their roles, responsibilities, and specialization.
8) Manage and process Membership Applications, Promotion, and LOA requests within their respective division.
9) Keep order and civility amongst the membership.
10) Address and manage member concerns that escalate through the Chain of Command.

Ensure that members are given the skills and knowledge on the best recruiting tactics possible and that quality new members are obtained on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
1) Provides assistance in maintaining the direction of the community’s vision, mission, and values.
2) Manage and process Membership Applications, Promotion, Discharge, and LOA requests.
3) Provide quality audits on punishments requested to ensure they are fair and fall within set guidelines.
4) Review, cast decisions, and process all Admin Abuse cases and Ban Appeals.
5) Responsible for reviewing and validating evidence, questioning witnesses as it relates to various membership punishment cases.
6) Required to maintain connections, communication, and coordination amongst the Administration and each Game Division Staff.

The Head Administrator reports directly to the Assistant Directors.
Objective: Provide the highest level of leadership, direction, and management of organized gaming, such as events, game nights, ladders, matches, leagues, tournaments. Ensure that all Administrators are given the skills and knowledge on the best recruiting tactics possible and that quality new members are obtained on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
1) Provides assistance in maintaining the direction of the community’s vision, mission, and values.
2) Manage and process Membership Applications, Promotion, Discharge, and LOA requests.
3) Provide quality audits on punishments requested to ensure they are fair and fall within set guidelines.

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the execution of the community's vision, mission, and values through establishing the community's key priorities to ensure all administrative and targeted improvements work toward furthering Exiled Order's short and long-term goals.
2) Primary focus areas include managing Exiled Order's daily operations. Such operations include oversight of the community’s infrastructures, policies and procedures, and ensuring that community needs are addressed to ensure the best possible experience for members.
3) Required to maintain connections, communication, and coordination amongst the Board of Directors and Administration Staff.
Special Powers Held:
